Adjustable Expanding Transfer Punches provide a superior solution for determining the center of a hole. Whether you are working with masterpiece pieces or drilling jigs, these punches offer offset-free centering and perfect alignment.
- Offset-Free Centering: Unlike standard transfer punches, our Industrial quality Adjustable Expanding Transfer Punches allow precise, offset-free centering on workpieces.
- Slitted Centering Sleeve: The slitted centering sleeve ensures optimal alignment with knurled screws in masterpiece or drilling jigs.
- Hardened and Tempered: These punches are made from special tool steel, ensuring durability and longevity. (resharpen-able)
- Three Sizes Available:
- Size I: Length: 3 3/4", Hole Ø: 0.23" - 0.31" (similar to 6 - 8 mm)
- Size II: Length: 4.13", Hole Ø: 0.31" - 0.43" (similar to 8 - 11 mm)
- Size III: Length: 4 1/2", Hole Ø: 0.43" - 0.62" (similar to 11 - 16 mm)
How it works:
Insert these punches into an existing hole and twist the handle to expand the punch end. The point will automatically center once the punch fits the hole size; then strike it with a hammer to mark the center.
